5. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example, if bonus funds or cash funds are used solely to advance through bonus stages (e.g., collecting 9 out of 10 coins to unlock a bonus feature), and the final stages (e.g., collecting the final coin) are completed using cash bets after bonus funds have been forfeited, lost, or converted following wagering requirements, all winnings gained during that play may be declared void.
6. The maximum bet amount while the player has an active bonus is $5 or the currency equivalent, unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms and conditions for a particular promotion. This restriction applies to the entire game bonus rounds purchased within the game, and also to bets doubling after the completion of the game round.
7. In order to get any kind of bonus for a deposit, the player has to subscribe to it on the Cashier page by clicking on the Bonus card or by entering the Bonus Code in the designated field.
8. The minimum amount to get any kind of deposit bonus is $20 or the currency equivalent, unless otherwise stated in the bonus terms and conditions for a specific promotion.
9. If for any reason the selected deposit bonus did not activate after successful deposit, the player must seek assistance from the customer support team before making any bets. If the selected deposit bonus wasn’t activated and the player played with some or all of the funds, the bonus cannot be manually credited afterward.
10. The bonus amount will be placed into a bonus balance and will be kept separate from your cash balance.
11. You can claim only one bonus at a time. Deposit-related bonuses are not stacked. Also, the player can have several different bonuses activated at a time. The wagering of bonuses takes place in the same sequence as their activation: from the earliest to the last.
12. When playing with an activated bonus, the real money from the player's account is wagered first and only then the bonus money. For your convenience, we have separated the display of real and bonus balances in your Balance tab.
13. Any winnings that you receive while wagering any bonus will be credited to your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus are fulfilled.
14. The bonus amount itself may also not be withdrawn until you have met the wagering requirements. In some cases, the bonus is non-redeemable, meaning that the bonus amount can never be withdrawn; such cases will be specified in the Bonus Terms and Conditions.
15. When you have met the wagering requirements, the amount in your bonus balance linked to the active bonus will be transferred to your real balance and may then be withdrawn at any time.
16. The Player cannot withdraw any sums in the Account's Real Balance if there are remaining funds in the bonus balance (the balance is considered locked by the bonus). Important notice: by submitting a withdrawal request, you automatically forfeit any funds in the bonus balance. Even if the payout request is canceled by our finance department due to one reason or another (e.g., fraud check, KYC requirements, etc.), bonus money will not be added back to your Bonus Balance.
17. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. We reserve all rights to void Bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Player hereby consents in advance to the same.
18. If, upon such a review, it appears that a Player(s) are participating in actions, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, we reserve the right to revoke the player's entitlement to receive or benefit from any promotion and/or to withhold the payout of any proceeds resulting from such abuse. SUNDAY CASHBACK TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Sunday Cashback is added automatically every Monday at 13:00 UTC, calculated from the prior week's net cash loss in eligible games.

4. Net cash loss is calculated as (Bets - Winnings - Bonuses) in eligible games during the cashback period. Bonus-funded wagers do not contribute to the cashback base.

5. Eligible games for cashback calculation: Slots and Tiga.Game Originals contribute 100%. Live Casino, Table Games, and Sportsbook do not contribute.

6. Sunday Cashback is loss-coupled: weeks with a net positive cash result do not produce a payout.

7. The cashback bonus must be wagered 1 time before winnings can be withdrawn.

8. The maximum amount that can be paid resulting from the Sunday Cashback bonus is 20 times the cashback bonus amount.

9. Maximum bet while wagering is $5.

10. The Cashback bonus must be activated within 3 days from the moment it is issued. If not activated within this period, it may no longer be available.

LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The player joins the Tiga.Game Loyalty Program right after the successful registration and is assigned to the first level (Pleb).

2. There are twenty-six levels in the Tiga.Game Loyalty Program, grouped into ten named tiers. The Loyalty Level changes when the required number of Loyalty Points (LP) is achieved.

3. Loyalty Points (LP) are a special unit credited for real-money wagers to move up the Loyalty ladder. One (1) Loyalty Point is credited for each $0.10 USD or currency equivalent wagered. Bonus-funded wagers do not accrue Loyalty Points. Sportsbook wagers do not accrue Loyalty Points.

4. Per-spin cap: a maximum of 500 Loyalty Points may be accrued from any single spin. Spins at $50 USD-equivalent or below accrue at the standard 10 LP per $1 rate. Spins above $50 USD-equivalent accrue at the maximum 500 LP regardless of actual stake.

5. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics or risk-free bet tactics to accumulate Loyalty Points have a risk of having their bonuses, original deposits, and any subsequent winnings removed.

6. Tier-Up Drop prizes (Free Spins, Cash Bonuses) will be automatically added to a player's account upon reaching a new sub-level.

2. The cashback period is defined as the week prior to the issuing of the Live Casino Cashback, from 13:01 (UTC) until 12:59 (UTC).
3. The Live Casino Cashback Bonus will consist of 10% of the Player’s net losses during each promotional period.
4. Live Casino Cashback is calculated using the formula: (Bets - Winnings - Bonuses) × Cashback %.
5. Only bets placed in the Live Casino category will count towards this promotion. Funds spent in other Casino categories or verticals are not taken into account for this promotion.
