Bonus Terms

All offers to the players are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Neteller etc), IP, and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

We reserve the right to refuse a withdrawal to the players using disposable email addresses.

We reserve the right to stop offering bonuses to players who we deem to have received an unproportionate level of bonuses based on their bonus to deposit ratio and decline such players’ participation in any of our current/future promotional campaigns.

To claim the deposit welcome bonus or any deposit bonus, the player must make a minimum deposit of 20 USD, unless otherwise specified.

All Casino deposit bonuses (unless otherwise specified), need to be wagered 40 (forty) times of the bonus amount before the funds are withdrawable.

All Casino no deposit bonuses (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 50 (fifty) times before the funds are withdrawable.

Please note that bonus money can only be used on slot games. Some of the games will contribute less than 100% of the bonus stake towards wagering requirements.

Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering requirements. However, the bonus amount and winnings will be forfeited as a result. Please note that when playing with a bonus, real money gets exhausted first.

All bonuses are valid for 5 (five) days, if not otherwise specified.

Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon the expiry of the bonus.

When betting, placed bets are deducted from the player’s deposited funds. However, if no deposited funds are available the bet placed in a bonus game will be deducted from the player’s bonus balance.

Any bonus can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met.

The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a free registration bonus or free spins without deposit will be 50 USDT Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited. This might be done automatically by the system once such a bonus is successfully wagered.

If the deposited amount is higher than the required to claim a full bonus amount, the maximum winnings that will be paid will be the sum of ten required deposit amounts and the amount that exceeds the required deposit.

Only 1 (one) bonus can be claimed at a time. Deposit-related bonuses cannot be "stacked". We reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour.

All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. We reserve all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Player hereby consents in advance to the same.

If upon such a review it appears that a Player(s) are participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, or participating in any form of activity that we, in our sole and complete discretion, deem to be abusive ('Promotion Abuse'), we reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such a player to receive or benefit from the promotion (and/or withhold the payout of the proceeds of such abuse to the player(s) in question).

Other cases of not permitted 'Promotion Abuse' include, but are not limited to:

• using a proxy or a VPN or masking IP your address.
• wagering of bonus money on excluded or non-eligible games (games that are not marked by the 'bonus' badge).
• decreasing your stake amount by 50% or more (compared to your maximum bet since the award of the bonus) after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active.
• Only fully settled bets (i.e. bets that result in a win or loss) will be counted towards wagering.

Multiple accounts are not permitted. Creating more than 1 (one) account with us in order to claim any bonuses is deemed as Promotional Abuse and may result in confiscated funds.

Bonus rounds and free spins do not qualify for the jackpot bonuses pursuant to casino software provider rules. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot bonuses.

If it's discovered that a group of players are using the same betting patterns and are connected via (but not limited to) location, banking pattern or IP, or the device ID, we will at our discretion have the mandate to confiscate bonus winnings and/or deposit.

If, while playing via our Website provided games, you win a sum regarded by us as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such nature arranged by us. While we protect all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names and the first initial of the last name in any of our announcements about promotion results, or on the Website.

Regarding the bonuses and promotions, all times and dates are stated in UTC.

When accepting a deposit bonus, kindly remember that your deposit is locked with the accepted bonus. This means that you have 2 (two) options, either to complete the wagering requirement of the bonus or cancel the bonus. If you choose to cancel the bonus, the bonus and all winnings made after the deposit will be lost. Wagering with both the bonus money and your deposited cash will count towards the wagering requirement.

In the event of any dispute, our decision will be final.

Kindly note that it's not allowed to use bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages and then complete the final stages with cash bets when bonus funds have been released or forfeited. If such a tactic is adopted, we reserve the right to confiscate the winnings.

The adaptation of "Bonus Hunting" by reaching a bonus feature, then exiting the game only to later go back and play the feature is not permitted. Doing this will result in the confiscation of winnings related to this.

If you use a promo code for a promotion you are not eligible for, you will not receive the bonus.

Deposit bonuses will be added instantly. If you're eligible for a deposit offer and do not receive it, please contact our Customer Services before you start playing and wait for confirmation that the bonus is granted. Failure to do so will disqualify you from receiving the bonus retroactively.

The Bonus Terms as published on the Website (and updated from time to time) are in English and it is the English version that forms the basis of these Bonus Terms only. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of differences between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.
